We've been there—seeing our significant others, friends, and family navigate these non-stop lives, always on the move. Rocking a career, hopping on planes for work or leisure, and carving out time for exercise to stay grounded. But amid all that, a sneaky frustration kept popping up: underwear that just couldn't keep up.
The problems were real and plentiful. Overpacking spares to avoid running out. Tucking away used pairs in a plastic bag after a sweaty session. Or worse, settling for cheap, uncomfortable disposables that lacked support, and looked downright uninspiring—leaving you self-conscious, and far from confident.
We knew there had to be a better way: convenience without the compromises, comfort that lasts all day, and style that makes you feel amazing. That's why we created JUA NUR—underwear thoughtfully made from sustainable bamboo, designed to elevate your busy life and keep you feeling fresh, comfortable, and ready for whatever comes next.

Our Fabric
Why bamboo? We needed a fabric that could do more than just feel soft—it needed to offer lasting comfort and hygiene, and we found our answer in bamboo. It’s breathable, and moisture-wicking to keep you fresh, while its antibacterial and hypoallergenic properties protect your skin from irritation for all-day comfort.
Our bamboo fabric, also known as bamboo linen is made using a mechanically-produced method that involves natural enzymes. Most bamboo fabric (Bamboo Viscose or Bamboo Lyocell) is made with harsh chemical processes that are harmful to the environment and strip away the bamboo's natural, beneficial properties.
Our clean, environmentally friendly, mechanical method is different. It is the safer, more durable way to preserve all of bamboo’s properties. To us, this is the only way to create true bamboo fabric, and it’s a standard of quality and care we will not compromise.
Our Planet
Our commitment to sustainability is further emboldened with a promise; this promise starts with our fabric, bamboo. We chose bamboo as it is 100% biodegradable, the fastest-growing plant, needing no pesticides, and uses roughly one-third of the water of traditional cotton.
We extend our sustainability commitment to our FSC and ISO certified partners, who use ethical closed-loop systems to further minimize harmful waste. To complete the circle, we partner with a leading reforestation organization to plant trees and cleaning up bottles for purchases made on juanur.com to do our part on making the planet a littler greener, a little better day by day.
